America's Choice Automotive

They are so honest! We thought we’d have to replace the motor, they had bought a new one, but when they got mine out they realized mine was savable, rather than just doing it and getting more money, they fixed my old one costing me a fraction of the price!

Had a wonderful experience at American Choice. My Infiniti was having starter issues, and the dealership quoted me an outrageous price for the repair. I called American Choice, and Agapito was extremely helpful from the start. Their pricing was fair compared to other shops in the area, and the level of service was top notch. I dropped my vehicle off, and the repair was completed the same day exactly as promised. I was also very happy to learn they offer a warranty on their parts and repairs, which gave me real peace of mind. I would highly recommend American Choice to anyone needing repairs or service for their Nissan or Infiniti vehicle.

Mr. Agapito was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. After calling several repair shops in my area and being quoted turnaround times of a week to a week and a half, I contacted this shop and immediately noticed the difference in professionalism and customer service. I was informed that one of their ASE-certified technicians would be able to inspect my A/C system promptly. Upon arrival, my vehicle was brought into the shop right away and diagnosed quickly. Mr. Agapito took the time to thoroughly explain the issues he found, walked me through the areas of concern, and clearly outlined what needed to be repaired to get my A/C working properly again. Their pricing was very fair, and they even provided a warranty on the repairs, which gave me additional peace of mind. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive service.

I am very disappointed in this place. I went there for a free AC check, knowing that nothing is ever free. At first, I tried to make an appointment and was told that there was no need to make an appointment as long as I showed up when they opened at 8 a.m. I would be the first one served. I showed up at 7:45 a.m. and waited until they opened up their doors and checked in. By 8:15 they had not come and got my car yet. I then watched as a lady pulled in behind me and walked inside. 15 minutes later, they came out and got her car first, so I went inside and asked why am I not being the first one being brought back to the back when I was the first one there. The employee, in an unfriendly tone, stated they're coming to get your car now. A couple of minutes later a gentleman came out and told me that my car was too low on freon for them to do the "free test" and that I would have to pay $210 to put freon in it before they can even do the test. I opted out and went to another mechanic shop who said I was low on Freon and only charged me $60 to recharge my car which fixed the issue. I knew something was wrong when they wanted to charge me three times the normal amount, so I know never to
